A Plant Manager is the person responsible for planning, co-ordination and control of a production and construction of LGS structures. He is responsible for ensuring that the clients requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met. He is also responsible for ensuring that the construction project is concluded successfully. H should be able to liaison with procurement head design head for the project requirement. Should be abe to ensure profitability and take the entire responsibility of the all the projects scope time and profitability
Duties and Responsibilities
Production of the LGS panels in cost time and quality as per different projects requirement
Logistics for the supply and purchase of the material for production and construction
Ensure day to day running of the factory and its departments
Ensure reventive and corrective maintenance of the plant and equipment with the assistance of production manager
Lead the plant team and all the departments
Liaison with the project head/ project manager for the smooth running of the construction at site
Prepare the final bids for the new projects
Work with foreign and Indian consultants to ensure new product development for the LGS buildings
Lead the procurement head and finalize and recommend ne products equipment used in production with assistance and advice from production manager construction
Recommend Hire or Purchase decisions for the construction and plant equipment
Finalize the sub contractors /contract

Must possess good communication skills.
Must have good coordination skills.

SSC Junior Engineers 2013
Junior Engineers ( Civil & Electrical ) Examination is conducted every year by Staff Selection Commission all over the country for the recruitment of Junior Engineers ( Civil & Electrical ) in Central Public works Department ( CPWD ). A candidate should clear written exam and personal interview to qualify as a Junior Engineer in SSC
The exam is conducted in two stages : Paper – 1 and Paper – 2. Paper 1 is of MCQs for 200 marks whereas Paper 2 is of conventional type questions for 300 marks. Paper 2 can be evaluated to those who are qualified in paper1.

SSC Exam 2013
At one of the SSC exam centres in Colaba, Mukund Chari is among the many who are appearing for the Class 10 final exams. Chari, however, stands out in the crowd of teenage students owing to his age - 66.
A resident of Girgaum, Chari had cleared his SSC exam in 1965, but in
Marathi. This time around, he is taking the exam in English at the Holy Name High School.

"My mother passed away in 2000. It was during this difficult phase that I enquired at a night school. Initially, they refused to give me admission owing to my age. But I approached the education department, which intervened, and I started schooling from Class 5," said Chari, who is employed with a flavoured milk distributor.
Alifya Merchant, a teacher at Holy Name High School, said she stopped Chari from entering the class on the first day of the exam. "I told him parents are not allowed and he should get his child instead. Chari then showed me his hall ticket," she said.
